Ainsley was looking to completely update her townhome and her main goal was to lighten and brighten her space while adding more storage. We took down the wall between the dining and kitchen area and provided her with a large island with plenty of storage below. The new white Shaker cabinetry which we designed to meet the ceiling provided more storage, lightened the area and elevated the space. The beautiful Wow quartz counter tops, the sea glass backsplash and a fresh coat of wall and trim paint along with new light fixtures and a new kitchen floor put the fininshing touches on this magnificent kitchen. At Maison & Company we strive to pay attention to detail and while reviewing the backsplash layout I suggested to Ainsley that we reinstall the outlets in a horizontal position so they would flow with the tile. She trusted my advice and was not disappointed! Ainsley is over joyed with the outcome of her fabulous new kitchen and is looking forward to enjoying her space and entertaining her friends and family!

Kelly and Kirk were ready for a change and since their children are all grown, they desired a kitchen that would suite their taste and needs. Kelly loves to cook, and they love entertaining their family and friends. Kelly and Kirk liked the layout of their current kitchen but desired cabinetry that was rich in detail and a countertop and backsplash that was elegant and refined. We provided them with solid wood cabinetry that has a coffee stain which enhanced the wood grain of the cabinetry. The stacked crown, light rail, raised end panels, roped metal hardware and Persa Pearl select granite added the perfect touch of class to their beautiful new kitchen. The granite single bowl undermount sink, touch faucet, new appliances, undercabinet and recessed lighting completed Kelly and Kirks dream kitchen. Kelly and Kirk are absolutely loving their new kitchen, which we completed for them from start to finish while they were on a 10-day cruise!

Tedra and Bill wanted to update their master bath from the time they purchased their fabulous intown home. Their main concern was to make it more functional and to create more storage while keeping in style with the rest of their home. We were able to accommodate Tedra and Bill’s desires by relocating the toilet which created more storage space for a large closet. We found single panel Shaker bi-fold doors which complimented the vanity and the simple elegance of the space. We eliminated the tub and created a beautiful walk in shower using a combination of an arabasque glass, bungalow blue 4x10 subway tile and a white porcelain penny tile. The shower seat was done in a Carrara marble to mimic the Carrara marble vanity counter top. The vanity we found provided more storage while being the perfect blend of simple yet elegant. We were able to reuse Tedra and Bills vanity faucets which complimented the new shower valve and shower fixtures beautifully. The bevel mirror we used amplified the space and created a more open feel without feeling to heavy or bulky. We were even able to repurpose their existing light fixtures by changing the shades to a clear glass which worked beautifully in the space. An LED shower light, new exhaust fan and a fresh coat of paint put the finishing touches on this fabulous master bath. Tedra and Bill are loving their new space which brings them so much joy!

Jennifer and Spencer wanted to update their master bath to resemble one which they loved while staying at the Ritz Carlton in New York. One of their main concerns was doing away with the window inside the shower however they wanted to maintain the integrity of their home. We came up with the perfect solution that enabled them to have the best of both worlds! Even though we were limited to the footprint of the master bath we were able to find the perfect marble which enriched the space! Now Jennifer and Spencer can enjoy the luxuries of the Ritz without leaving their home.

Danny desired to update his condo while he was on vacation in Florida over the Christmas and New Year holidays. His 3 requirements were more storage for his wine collection, something that looked sensational while staying within his desired budget and the project needed to be completed by the time he returned from vacation. It is never easy working during a holiday schedule, but I was determined to deliver for Danny. We provided him with a custom pantry and wine storage cabinet in Sherwin Williams Status Bronze paint color, new door, and drawer fronts to match the custom pantry and wine cabinet, new hardware, a stainless-steel brick mosaic backsplash, new stainless-steel appliances, a stainless-steel single bowl undermount sink with a pull-down faucet and leathered blue dunes granite counter tops. We also managed to install new LVT throughout his condo and completed his project within the allotted 8-day time frame while staying within his desired budget. Danny was thrilled with the results especially the attention to detail and the fact we respected and delivered upon his wishes. 1 month after completing Danny’s condo he called us to help him design a 6,000 square foot house he had purchased. We were honored and delighted to help him make his new house a home!

Greg wanted to update the master bath in his condo and desired a walk-in shower and a space that was more in line with his style and personality. Greg loves neutral tones, and he likes clean lines and very fond of Industrial and Mid-Century Modern Design. We felt this Licorice Glass herringbone wall tile paired with the Alaskan white polished porcelain tile created a clean and chic shower that played off the Prismatic Carrara Marble Mosaic floor perfectly. By using the same floor tile throughout we were able to connect and magnify the space. The black paned glass panel and the matte black shower fixtures also created a more chic and updated master bath that totally captured Greg’s style. Of course, Greg was the final judge, and he could not be happier with the results!

Phillip was looking to update his master bath and he wanted something unique and stunning that worked with a black and white palette. We decided to tile all the shower walls and vanity wall in a white subway tile grouted in black. The 3-dimensional floor tile we selected added depth and interest on the bathroom floor and led perfectly to the shower. We opted for a solid black shower floor to ground the space and compliment the weight of the vanity. By mixing the black and white on the plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures we were able to create the perfect balance in the space. Phillip was incredibly pleased with the outcome and has used us on other projects since!

Ryan and Sydney are newlyweds and first-time homebuyers. They called us to help them rework a joint bathroom as their master bath. Ryan and Sydney wanted to close off the bathroom so it would be part of the master suite and they wanted to enlarge the space and create a more updated yet classic feel. We reframed the hallway and used the closet in the guest room which was directly behind the master bath for their new shower. This added a considerable amount of square footage to the space. We also reworked the previous area that was used for the bathtub and turned that into additional master closet square footage. We decided to use a matte marble porcelain tile as the foundation tile throughout the master bath which kept the cost down but did not sacrifice the look. Mixing in a Carrara Marble herringbone mosaic tile on the shower floor and in the niches elevated the look and worked perfectly with the Carrara Marble vanity top. Using various sizes as well as various patterns of the matte marble porcelain tile helped create the illusion of a larger space with more interest. Ryan and Sydney are overjoyed with the outcome of their new master suite and even offered to do a video testimonial for our website!
